Job summary

The Commercial Hotel seeks an experienced industry professional to lead a premium fitness club operation, driving member growth and delivering outstanding service for guests and the team. You’ll manage a club or large department, balancing sales-driven results with strong commercial acumen.

You will set the standard for service and safety, inspire the team, and communicate with clarity and confidence. A generous pay structure, including service bonus, applies, with tips retained by the team.

You’ll either have run your own club or led a substantial department within a larger business, and you’ll bring a confident understanding of the premium and boutique fitness space. Backed by a sharp understanding of the member journey and the retention levers that keep people coming back, you’ll combine strong sales-driven results with sound commercial acumen.

Above all, you’ll lead from the front – rolling up your sleeves, setting the standard for outstanding service, safety and compliance, and communicating with clarity and confidence, both spoken and written.
