The role of our Health Club and Spa Supervisor is to deliver an exceptional Member and guest experience, by putting the guest at the heart of everything you do, through personalised and thoughtful service with care and attention to detail.
You will be expected to demonstrate a high level of engagement with guests and members throughout their time in the Health Club and Spa to make them feel at home, relaxed, and importantly identify and create magical memories at every possible opportunity.
In collaboration with the Health Club and Spa management, you’ll maintain regular and effective communication to the team supporting them to ensure a seamless operation, aware of all the days activities.
You will have knowledge and experience of working in a luxury four or five star hotel or Health Club as a Supervisor or a Duty Manager. Able to lead a small team and be hands on.
