A leading medical insurance provider is seeking a Health Claims Handler in Cardiff. This role involves reviewing and processing health claims while providing excellent service to global members. Contract Type:Full-Time, Permanent
Salary:£26,500 – £28,500 (Based on Experience)
As aHealth Claims Handler, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for our members navigating international medical claims. From initial notification to final reimbursement, you’ll ensure every claim is handled with care, accuracy, and efficiency.
You’ll work closely with our Medical and Preauthorisation teams, assess coverage, liaise with providers, and deliver exceptional service across phone, email, and digital platforms. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love helping people, this is your moment to shine.
