Overview

This is an excellent opportunity to join the City Health Care Partnership Care Coordination Customer Service Team. This is an exciting role if you are looking for a new position working with a dynamic team within the Hull and East Riding area.

We are looking for enthusiastic and well-motivated individuals, to support the reception Front of House Service. This role is a flexible role working on a reception within the Health Centre's based in Hull and the East Riding, meeting and greeting patients and visitors. Dealing with all aspects of a busy reception including taking phone calls, directing patients for their appointments, supporting the clinical teams.

Responsibilities
  • Support the reception Front of House Service across Health Centres within the Hull and East Riding area; meet and greet patients and visitors, and handle duties at a busy reception.
  • Take phone calls, direct patients for appointments, and support clinical teams.
  • Be flexible to meet the needs of the service, including cover for annual leave, sickness, and training at various Health Centres within the Hull & East Riding area.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Flexible approach to meet service needs; excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable nature are essential.
