We have an exciting full-time opportunity for you to join our driven, kind, and inclusive team on Ward 52/Woodland Ward as a Health Care Support Worker!

Ward 52 is a vibrant, fast-paced 24-bed ward specialising in Acute Geriatric Medical care. Our team is passionate about delivering holistic, high-quality care tailored to meet the diverse needs of our patients. From the moment you step onto the ward, you’ll feel the energy, compassion and commitment that defines our approach to healthcare.

As a Health Care Support Worker, you’ll be a vital member of our dedicated team, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Assisting patients with their daily needs and activities, promoting comfort and dignity.
  2. Collaborating with nurses and medical staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
  3. Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming ward environment.
  4. Providing compassionate support to patients and their families during challenging times.
