This is a permanent, fulltime post of 37 hours per week, with a rotational shift pattern.
We are seeking an individual to join the team in QEUH, Older Peoples & Stroke Services, Acute Assessment Ward 54. You should have excellent communication and organizational skills and excel in a busy working environment. You will assist the trained nursing staff in the delivery of a range of patient care procedures and provide basic nursing care to patients. You will assist patients with activities of daily living and assist the Registered Nurse and where appropriate other members of the Clinical Team to deliver patient care. You will:
