A major healthcare provider in Glasgow is seeking a Healthcare Support Worker for the Gastroenterology ward. The shift pattern for this post is rotational, days, nights and weekends.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Healthcare Support Worker to join our team within Gastroenterology ward 11 of Glasgow Royal Infirmary.
The post holder will be expected to ensure safe and effective care that enhances the patient experience. You should have at least 1 year experience at Band 2 level in an acute hospital setting. You will be able to demonstrate high professional standards of care and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team setting. You will utilise a broad range of knowledge and skills in the assessment, planning and implementation of care for our patients.
We are passionate about supporting the well-being and development of our team and you will be supported through mentorship and education from our Clinical Nurse Educator.
