Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Health care assistant to join our friendly nursing team in the Suite 2, Maxfac Department on a permanent contract.

Within our directorate we believe that supported learning and the development of our staff are key to our success and yours. A development programme will be available to the successful candidate ensuring personal and professional growth in the new role.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the health care team in the Suite 2, Maxfac Department and contribute to high standards of patient care.
• Support learning and development; participate in the development programme to enable personal and professional growth in the role.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to put patients at ease.
• Be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the service; demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to improving standards of patient care.
