Job summary

Avicenna Pharmacy/Juno Health in the United Kingdom is seeking a full-time team member to serve customers, give advice and assist in delivery of pharmacy services. You will be an ambassador, interact daily with customers, patients and healthcare professionals, and help maintain stock levels while using the EPOS Till System.

The role requires customer service experience, confidentiality, and a proactive attitude. Full training will be provided; prior pharmacy experience is not essential.

Job description

You will participate in all branch processes and establish relationships with customers, patients as well as healthcare professionals. You will assist in the delivery of all pharmacy services where appropriate. You will be an ambassador for Avicenna Pharmacy/Juno Health serving the community and interacting with customers on a day to day basis.

Your general duties will be to serve customers, give appropriate advice, maintain stock levels, and unpacking of goods, using the EPOS Till System and general shop housekeeping.

We are looking for a full-time candidate to fill the position.

Customer service experience is essential and previous experience would be preferred but not essential as full training will be given and the successful applicant would be trained
