Marriott's Medical Practices has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated healthcare assistant to join our excellent practice team working at both Bacon Road Medical Centre and Taverham Surgery on a full-time basis, but part time and job share will be considered.
Working under the direct supervision of the senior practice nurse, and strictly in accordance with specific practice guidelines and protocols, you will assist the clinical team in the provision and delivery of prescribed programmes of patient care.
We are looking for a proactive and well organised person, ideally with previous experience as a healthcare assistant or as a phlebotomist in general practice.
Main duties of the job
The role will offer you the opportunity to build on your experience, skills and competence, requiring you to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
We have a friendly and supportive team who are passionate about providing top quality service to our 13,000 patients across the Bacon Road Medical Centre and Taverham Surgery.
