A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a Health Care Assistant to work collaboratively with the general practice team. This role involves supporting patient care under the supervision of a practice nurse, requiring effective communication skills and a willingness to develop clinical competencies, such as phlebotomy.
The post holder works under indirectsupervision of the practice nurse team leader and undertakes task and dutiesdelegated by the practice nurse team leader or a suitably qualified regulated professional.They will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needsof patients, following policy and procedures can provide supervision to practicephlebotomist as required.
