Job summary

Tamfol is seeking a compassionate Health Care Assistant/Support Worker to provide in-home and community care in Stockton-on-Tees. You will assist with daily living activities, follow care plans, and support clients' wellbeing.

Strong communication and basic IT skills are required, and driving with UK licence is mandatory. Training will be provided; full and part-time roles available with a friendly team and opportunities to grow within the care sector.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care home or home care is preferred but not essential.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic IT skills for documentation and record-keeping.
• Must drive with full UK driving licence with business class insurance.
