Exemplar Health Care is looking for a Health Care Assistant at Yarningdale care home in Ripley. You will support adults with complex care needs to live their best lives and provide compassionate, person-centred care.

You’ll work 42 hours per week, with weekend shifts. We offer induction, ongoing training and opportunities to develop within a supportive team, plus access to benefits and a friendly working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in the care sector is not required.

• encouraging and supporting people to take part in social activities, both in and out of the home
