Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Health Care Assistant at Yarningdale care home in Ripley. This full-time role (42 hours per week, weekends required) offers a chance to support adults living with complex care needs and dementia to live their best lives.

You will assist with personal care, meals, and wellbeing, while promoting dignity and independence. Training and ongoing development opportunities are provided, along with a supportive team and benefits.
