Job description

Silver Springs Care Home are looking for Health Care Assistants to join the team, and be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities include:

• To work as part of a care team providing high-quality care
• Promoting and Safeguarding the welfare of residents
• To carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity and privacy, irrespective of the severity of disability or personal circumstances
• To support residents and ensure personal care tasks are carried out to enhance and support the independence of the resident, in-line with their Care Plan(s)
