Part Time Health Care Assistant Required 36 hours per week (3 nights)

Shifts will run from:
7pm-7am or 10pm-7am

Alternate weekends will be required.

Duties:

- Medication administration

- Provide clients personal hygiene by giving baths/strip washes, help with toileting.

-Provide for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding clients as necessary; ambulating, turning and positioning clients; providing fresh water and nourishment between meals.

- Maintain clients stability by checking vital signs and body mass; testing urine; recording input and output information.

-Provide client comfort by utilising resources and materials; transporting clients; answering call bells and requests; reporting observations of the clients to the care manager.

-Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records.

- Maintain work operations by following policies and procedures.

- Protect organisations values by keeping client information confidential.
