Job summary

Exemplar Health Care’s Maypole Grove care home in Kings Heath, Birmingham, is hiring a Health Care Assistant for night shifts. You will support adults with complex care needs, assist with personal care and meals, and promote dignity and independence in a homely setting.

Training is provided, with induction, buddy support, and ongoing development. DBS checks are free, and employees have access to wages before payday and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience not essential; full induction provided.
• Induction and ongoing training programmes.
• Free DBS check offered.
