Exemplar Health Care Group is seeking a Health Care Assistant in Coventry to join Birch View care home. The role supports adults with complex needs, providing personal care, assisting with meals, and promoting wellbeing in a state-of-the-art home.

You'll work as part of a caring team, upholding values of fun, integrity, responsiveness, success and teamwork. Induction and ongoing training are provided, with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings is beneficial but not required.
• Patience and a positive attitude are essential attributes.
• Ability to work well in a supportive team for residents.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care and daily activities.
• Assist with meals and nutrition at meal times.
• Monitor health and wellbeing needs of residents.
• Encourage participation in social activities inside and outside the home.
• Promote dignity, independence and respect in all we do.
• Complete and maintain accurate care records.
