Job description

Le Petit Bosquet Nursing and Residential Home are looking for a Health Care Assistant to join the team, and be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Working as part of a team to provide high-quality care
• Promoting and Safeguarding the welfare of residents
• Support residents, ensuring personal care tasks are carried out to enhance and support the independence of the resident, in-line with the Care Plan(s)
• Carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity and privacy, irrespective of the severity of disability or personal circumstances
