We are currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants to support our clients in the Islington (N1, N2, N4, N6, N7, N19) areas.

What JCM offers:

• Good pay rate (£13.15-16.20 per hour)

Experience required:

• Available to work day and night shifts
• Care experience is preferred but clinical training is provided
• Experience working with complex clients would be beneficial

About the Company: JC Michael Group is an independent healthcare provider delivering high-quality care to highly dependent adults in their own homes across London and surrounding areas. In partnership with NHS continuing healthcare teams, our enhanced clinical support allows clients with complex health needs (including respiratory, gastrostomy, and continence care) to remain at home. We provide 24/7 care, 365 days a year.

• Caring, compassionate, and proactive attitude
• Ability to commit to regular shifts
• Care experience is preferred but clinical training is provided
