What You’ll Be Doing:

This is a varied and rewarding role. You’ll be involved in both clinical and customer-facing duties, every day is different. Responsibilities include:

• Phlebotomy: Performing blood draws with confidence and care
• IV Therapy: Setting up and monitoring IV infusions for clients
• Patient Care: Welcoming patients and making them feel at ease
• Reception Support: Occasionally answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting with enquiries
• Clinical Preparation: Ensuring rooms are clean, supplies are ready, and everything runs smoothly
• Wellness Support: Assisting with diagnostic testing, wellbeing services, and luxury therapies
• Teamwork: Supporting doctors, management, and colleagues with anything needed to deliver a seamless patient experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as an HCA
• Phlebotomy skills are essential
• IV therapy experience is a big plus (training can be provided)
• A friendly, can-do attitude, someone who takes initiative
• Strong communication and people skills
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Passionate about high-quality patient care
