About the Role:

As a Healthcare Assistant with Leadcare, you’ll be part of a supportive and experienced team, working with clients to ensure their well-being, dignity, and independence. You will assist with daily activities, provide essential care, and offer companionship to those in need.

Salary: £13.25 - £25.00 per hour - (£28,000 per year)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Supporting mobility and physical activity
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Ensuring clients’ comfort, safety, and dignity at all times
• Following care plans and reporting observations to the care team
