Job summary

Oakland Care in Harpenden (Harpenden Springs, 22-24 Grove Road, Harpenden AL5 1PX) is seeking a Health Care Assistant to provide compassionate support to residents. The role offers 40.25 hours per week, with dayshift work and a pay of £13.20 per hour.

You will assist with personal care, meals, and daily activities, work closely with a supportive team, and participate in ongoing training to enhance care quality.

Qualifications

• Be compassionate and caring.
• Strong teamwork and communication.
• Experience in Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities
