Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Health Care Assistant at Fernwoodcare home in Knowsley. You will support adults with complex care needs to live their best lives, with full induction and ongoing training.

No two days are the same; duties include personal care, helping at meal times, monitoring health and wellbeing, promoting dignity and independence, and maintaining care records. A positive, caring attitude is essential.

• Induction and ongoing training will be provided.
