We support our patients in our In Patient Unit, at home plus in our Wellbeing Centre. Our charity specialises inpalliative and end of life care for patients with complex and life limitingillnesses who live in North-West Surrey.

Additional Requirements:
Thisrole is Band 2-3 depending on experience and qualification. All successfulcandidates employed into Band 2 are encouraged to complete the Care Certificate within 6-12 months of employment, which would offer the opportunity to develop into the Band 3 role.

To workunder the direction of a Registered Nurse both independently and as part of amulti-disciplinary team to deliver holistic, high quality care to palliativeand end of life care patients, their carers and relatives in the Community and/or on our Inpatient Unit.
Toparticipate in a seven day per week operational service including days andnights.
