Client Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dedicated healthcare assistant to support a female client with a spinal cord injury.

What HFH offers:

• Typically, our client base requires ongoing care, 24 hours a day, with a small core team of regular care staff ensuring continuity.
• Our specialist carers work with one client per shift and do not travel between multiple homes. The average shift duration is 12 hours.
• We will do our best to offer work that matches your availability. On average, carers work three shifts (36 hours) per week, earning approximately £500 - £555 per week.*
• This work pattern generally results in an annual income between £26,200 - £28,950*.
• All staff are employed directly and paid via PAYE, eliminating the need for third-party companies or self-calculation of taxes. PAYE also ensures compliance with IR35 regulations.
• *Please note: These rates include holiday pay, which is accrued based on hours worked, and depend on your shift pattern (days/nights/weekends).
