What We're Looking For:

  • Driving Licence: Full valid licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
  • Experience: Prior care experience is welcomed but not essential - we value a willingness to learn and grow. Support is provided to work towards an RQF qualification in Social Care.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a solid understanding of person-centred care.
  • Personality: Reliable, compassionate, and committed to making a difference.
