Exemplar Health Care's Hylton Grange care home in Sunderland is seeking a Health Care Assistant to support adults with complex care needs and neuro-disabilities, across three units.

You will help with personal care, assist at meal times, monitor wellbeing, encourage social activities, and promote choice, dignity, independence and respect while maintaining care records. Induction and ongoing training are provided, with DBS checks and a supportive team.

Formación

• Experience in care settings preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work in a team and handle challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn through induction and training.
