Location: Stockport, SK3 8HZ
Contract type: Full Time - Minimum 36 hours per week - Flexible to work days and nights
Rate: £12.21 per hour

About the role

Support people to live their best lives, tailored to their individual needs. Your daily responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting personal care
  2. Assisting at meal times
  3. Understanding health and wellbeing needs
  4. Encouraging participation in social activities
  5. Promoting choice, dignity, independence, and respect
  6. Completing care records

Our staffing levels are higher than average, with up to six colleagues supporting around ten people, allowing more quality time with those you support.

Relevant experience and qualifications are valued but not essential. We seek individuals who embody our values of fun, integrity, responsiveness, success, and teamwork.

You should be caring, kind, understanding, calm, energetic, outgoing, and a good communicator. We will support you with induction, buddy systems, and ongoing training.
