Job summary

Varang Healthcare is seeking Homecare Assistants to join the community team, supporting clients at home to maintain independence.

Shifts include mornings, lunchtimes, teatime, and evenings on weekdays and weekends, from 07:00–14:30 or 14:30–22:00. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are required; full training provided and NVQ opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with daily living tasks is desirable but not essential.
• Full training will be provided on induction and ongoing updates.
• Candidate must have a full valid UK driving licence and access to their own car.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including washing and dressing.
• Assist with nutrition and fluids, including meal preparation.
• Assist with light household chores (e.g., laundry).
• Support individuals who may have dementia or require end-of-life/palliative care.

Varang Healthcare are looking for individuals to join our community team of Homecare Assistants.

We provide care & support to individuals, within the local community, to be able to remain in their own homes.

We currently have vacancies for Mornings & Lunchtimes, Teatime & Evenings, Weekdays & Weekends. Shift Timing are 07am to 02:30pm or 02:30pm to 10pm

If you have experience with or are interested in supporting & assisting individuals with daily living tasks, such,

• Personal care, including assisting to wash & dress
• Assisting with Nutrion and fluids, including meal preparation.
• Assisting with light household chores, including laundry.

This role can include working with individuals with Dementia and/or those who need End of Life/Palliative care.
