Job description

Looking for a rewarding care role close to home? Join our national team of Health Care Assistants supporting people across England and Wales.

At NursLink Homecare, we do things a little differently. We keep our customers healthy and independent in their own homes, but we also do much more: We help people achieve their dreams. This isn’t just about helping our clients live the life they want—it’s also about helping our Care team (that could be you!) build a career they can be proud of; including access to qualifications (QCF’s and more), experiencing a variety of styles of care, progressing into complex and clinical teams and more. Be part of something different and shape a career you’ll love.

We’re looking for reliable, kind, and confident Health Care Assistants to support two brilliant young people living in the Tunbridge Wells area. One young person (Abdullah) receives 1:1 support and benefits from calm, structured routines and a gentle approach—he enjoys sensory play and peaceful environments. The other young person (Nathan) requires 2:1 support and thrives on clear structure, outdoor activities like football and cycling, and building model aeroplanes. Both benefit from carers who are emotionally aware, confident with behaviours that challenge, and comfortable working as part of a small, consistent team.

You do need a full driving license and access to your own vehicle to work as a Health Care Assistant with us. This is because all our customers live in their own homes in the community.

What we offer our Tunbridge Wells Health Care Assistants:

  • £14 per hour, paid weekly
  • Flexible working to suit your life
  • Regular hours with work planned in advance
  • Free DBS
  • Up to 45p per business mile
  • A supportive team who truly gets it
  • Access to QCF Diplomas and specialised training
  • £250 refer-a-friend bonus (T&Cs apply)
  • Self-employed or PAYE options
  • Full introductions to each customer
  • Ongoing support from your Line Manager (face-to-face & virtual)
  • The chance to build a career in care that genuinely means something

If you’re a Health Care Assistant looking for meaningful work in Tunbridge Wells, we’d love to hear from you.
