Job summary

Invicta Health CIC in Kent seeks a Health Care Assistant to join the Mental Health Services team. You will work with GP practices across East Kent to perform physical health checks and provide holistic care, using initiative to work independently or with the PCMHS team.

The permanent, full-time role is Band 4 under Agenda for Change, based at East Cliff Practice and other Ramsgate sites, with pay £14.52–£15.93 per hour. Closing date: 28 October 2026.

Job summary

We are recruiting for a Health Care Assistant to join the Mental Health Services team.

Main duties of the job

The postholder will work collaboratively with the GP practices across East Kent to support and provide physical health checks for their patients. The successful candidate will be able to use their own initiative to work both independently and as part of the PCMHS team to provide holistic treatment and care. The postholder will support patients on an individual basis and as part of a clinic.
