An established healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated healthcare assistant to support clinical teams in delivering high-quality patient care. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, including chronic disease monitoring, performing ECGs, and assisting with vaccinations. Working under the direct supervision of the practice nurse/GPs and strictly in accordance with practice guidelines and protocols, the healthcare assistant will assist the practice clinical team in the provision and delivery of prescribed programmes of patient care to include treatment, preventative care, screening and patient education. The post will also include some administrative duties.
