We are excited to announce a vacancy for an enthusiastic and flexible, full-time experienced Health Care Assistant or Trainee Health Care Assistant to join our team at Leiston Surgery. We are looking for an individual to work 37.5 hours per week across 4-5 days.
Duty patterns are variable, but the practice core hours are from 7.45am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities include:
Our team includes 4 GP Partners, 3 Salaried GPs, Physician Associates, and a high-performing nursing team. We are an innovative, motivated team with strong management support, providing excellent patient service. We are a dispensing practice with a patient list of 9,500 and are ranked in the top 2% in the county for patient satisfaction.
Summary:
Supporting the practice nursing team under indirect supervision of the Clinical Lead, within practice guidelines, to deliver care including treatment, prevention, health promotion, and patient education. The post involves working at two locations and visiting housebound or care home patients as needed.
