Carrying out basic observations (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, weight, height).
Collecting blood samples (phlebotomy).
Performing ECGs and NHS health checks.
Assisting with wound care, dressings, and minor procedures.
Supporting vaccination and immunisation programmes.
Giving lifestyle advice (smoking cessation, weight management, healthy living).
Preparing and maintaining clinics and equipment.
Following infection prevention and control procedures.
Supporting the nursing team with delegated tasks.
Providing patients with information and reassurance to aid self-care.
