Kerry Collins Recruitment is seeking experienced Care Assistants to join our temporary healthcare team in the UK. Flexible shifts and regular opportunities across care and nursing homes are available.

Must have at least 6 months care experience in the UK and be reliable, caring and professional. Join a team that helps residents with personal care, mobility and daily activities while maintaining dignity and safety.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting.

• Follow care plans and report any concerns.
• Maintain accurate care records where required.
• Work alongside other care staff to provide safe, person-centred care.
• Follow safeguarding, infection control and health and safety procedures.

What will you be doing?

As a Care Assistant, your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting residents with personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting.
• Assisting residents with mobility and daily activities.
• Supporting residents with eating and drinking.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Maintaining residents' dignity, privacy and independence.
• Following care plans and reporting any concerns.
