We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Larne Care Centre. We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.21 per hour, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference while enjoying great benefits.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide personal care with warmth and respect (bathing, dressing, feeding).
  2. Encourage and support residents to maintain their independence.
  3. Monitor residents’ wellbeing and report changes.
  4. Engage residents in meaningful activities and offer companionship.

Requirements:

  1. Kind, compassionate, and team-oriented individuals.
  2. Previous experience is desired but not required—full training provided.
  3. Flexibility for shifts, including weekends.
