A leading healthcare provider seeks an enthusiastic Healthcare Assistant (HCA) for a part-time role in a friendly GP practice. We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join our nursing team. We are a happy, established clinical team looking for the right Health Care Assistant to join us; someone who is compassionate and has a desire to help patients on a day-to-day basis.
We are seeking an NVQ Level 3 qualified (or equivalent) Healthcare Assistant to join our team. Previous experience with SystmOne in a GP Practice is desirable. We offer a salary depending on experience and NHS pension. This is a part-time position, approximately 16 hours per week. You will receive training and support to develop your professional career with us.
We require an experienced HCA who can perform routine tasks and functions of this role. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team delivering safe, high-quality care.
Experience in General Practice is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is organized, self-motivated, a good communicator, and adaptable.

We are a small, friendly GP Practice with around 5,300 patients. Our clinical team includes 3 GP Partners, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, and a team of Nurses and Health Care Assistants. We teach Medical Students and are in the process of becoming a training Practice for GP Registrars.
