Full Time 36 hours per week including every other weekend days

Friends of the Elderly (FotE) is a not-for-profit charity dedicated to providing excellent care with a family feel. We have been supporting older people for over 100 years. The charity offers care home and day care services for older people, as well as grants for those in financial difficulty.

Redcot, specialising in residential care, is located in the delightful town of Haslemere, Surrey. Overlooking beautiful gardens and surrounded by countryside, much of which is owned by the National Trust, Redcot enjoys a tranquil setting.

Joining us as a Health Care Assistant, you will help our residents with tasks including:

  1. Personal care.
  2. Companionship.
  3. Meal preparation.
  4. Mobility assistance.
  5. Maintaining care records.

We are looking for someone passionate about care, eager to build strong relationships with residents, and committed to helping them live well in later life. Empathetic, respectful, self-motivated, flexible, and a team player, you should be willing to go the extra mile to enable residents to lead fulfilling lives.

No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role.
