Your main duties will include patient care and chronic disease management, health promotion, patient education, and stock management.
You may also be required to visit patients at home and in residential and care home settings on occasions, so a driving license is desirable.

You will be responsible for seeing patients for the initial workup for their long-term conditions, blood tests, ECGs, etc. You will work closely with the strong team of HCAs and Nurses along with GPs, Clinicians, and other surgery staff.
