We are looking for an experienced, competent Healthcare Assistant (HCA) who can provide essential support to the clinical team, including GPs, practice nurses, and other healthcare professionals. The role involves a range of patient-facing and administrative duties, supporting both clinical care and the smooth running of the practice.
Your main duties will include patient care and chronic disease management, health promotion, patient education, and stock management.
You may also be required to visit patients at home and in residential and care home settings on occasions, so a driving license is desirable.

You will be responsible for seeing patients for the initial work-up for their long-term conditions, blood tests, ECGs, etc. You will work closely with the strong team of HCAs and Nurses, along with GPs, Clinicians, and other surgery staff.
