Job summary

Oakland Care is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents at our Lambwood Heights location in Chigwell. The role involves helping with daily personal care, meals, and activities, and to provide companionship in a warm, family-like environment.

You will work in days and nights shifts on a zero-hours (BANK) basis, with uniform provided and enhanced holiday pay. Training is provided to all new staff to ensure high-quality care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• A can-do attitude.

• Experience as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker is advantageous but not essential; full training provided.

Pay: £13.20 per hour

Engagement: Zero Hours (BANK)
