Job summary

Oakland Care in Chigwell is seeking a caring and reliable Care Assistant to join our team. You will help residents with personal care, meals, and daily activities while providing companionship and support to families.

A positive attitude and teamwork are essential; training is provided for those new to care roles. The role includes day and night shifts with a flexible schedule across our care home.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive and proactive attitude.
• Be compassionate and caring toward residents.
• Be a true team player and collaborate with staff.
• Experience as Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker is advantageous but not required as training is provided.

Pay: £13.20 per hour

Engagement: Zero Hours (BANK)
