Tamfol is seeking a Health Care Assistant to support people with daily routines and wellbeing, in a care home or through home visits. You will work with colleagues to provide respectful, person-centred support guided by each individual’s care plan.

• Good communication skills and a considerate, reliable approach.
• Sufficient English to understand instructions, communicate clearly and record information.
• Basic IT skills, or willingness to learn the systems used in the role.
• Experience in a care home or home care is useful, but not essential.
• Driving ability may be needed for home care visits; requirements depend on the role.
