We’re looking for a Health Care Assistant who’s warm, calm, and supportive—someone who brings a friendly presence and a positive mindset to each shift. You’ll be supporting a young woman with cerebral palsy, and while experience with complex care is helpful, what we’re really looking for is someone patient, reliable, and ready to get stuck in. She enjoys being out and about—feeding ducks at the park, swimming, or heading off to fun events like Disney on Ice—so this is a great opportunity for someone who loves being active in the community.

You do need a full driving license and access to your own vehicle to work as a Health Care Assistant with us. This is because all our customers live in their own homes in the community.

• £13 per hour, paid weekly
• Regular hours with work planned in advance
