We’re looking for a kind, confident, and experienced Health Care Assistant to support a 10-year-old girl in Caerphilly. She has cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and is PEG-fed, so experience with clinical care is essential. The package is currently 1:1 but will be transitioning to 2:1 support soon, so we’re looking for someone who can step in at this stage and grow with the role. You’ll be part of a warm, consistent team helping with routines, clinical tasks, and day-to-day support both at home and out in the community.

You do need a full driving license and access to your own vehicle to work as a Health Care Assistant with us. This is because all our customers live in their own homes in the community.
