Exemplar Health Care invites applications for a Health Care Assistant at Jubilee Heights in Bury. The role is based in a brand-new, purpose-built home where compassionate care and specialist support are the focus.

You will be part of a friendly team delivering person-centred care and daily living support across activities of daily living. Training and induction are provided, with opportunities for development and progression.

Our Health Care Assistants support people to live their best lives, whatever that looks like to them.

No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

supporting people with their personal care

assisting people at meal times

encouraging and supporting people to take part in social activities, both in and out of the home

promoting choice, dignity, independence and respect

completing and maintaining care records .

If you're travelling on the M66, take junction 2.

Follow Rochdale Road/A58 for 1.3 miles, continue onto Jubilee Way/A58.

Keep to the right and take the turn for the A56.

Turn right onto Bolton Street and right again onto Irwell Street.
