Role Responsibilities
  • Deliver teaching, learning, and assessment as scheduled.
  • Plan qualification delivery in collaboration with team members, ensuring compliance with external requirements.
  • Provide support systems to facilitate retention, achievement, and progression.
  • Complete all E-registers promptly and monitor learner attendance and performance, reporting to management.
  • Address learner requirements efficiently.
  • Deliver engaging teaching, ensuring timely achievement.
  • Complete individual learning plans and reviews, setting SMART targets.
  • Ensure assessments and documentation meet organisational and awarding body standards.
  • Submit portfolios timely for verification and collaborate with IV for quality improvements.
  • Engage in CPD and maintain records.
  • Participate in disciplinary procedures as needed.
  • Attend standardisation and team meetings.
  • Promote safe working practices, safeguarding, and adhere to policies.
  • Support learners, colleagues, and customers with advice and guidance.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Promote equality and diversity.
