Job description
We are seeking a committed and adaptable Teacher to deliver Health and Social Care and Childcare at KS4, with some additional Citizenship teaching at KS3. This is a long-term temporary role running until December 2025.

Duties as Health and Social Care/Childcare Teacher:
  • Plan and deliver engaging Health and Social Care and Childcare lessons at KS4.
  • Teach KS3 Citizenship lessons as part of a varied timetable.
  • Assess, track, and support pupil progress in line with curriculum requirements.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Contribute to the wider school community where required.
Ideal Health and Social Care/Childcare Teacher:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching Health and Social Care and/or Childcare at KS4.
  • Ability to deliver engaging Citizenship lessons at KS3.
