Job description

Creative Support is a visionary provider of adult health and social care services, with skilled, bright, and enthusiastic staff. We are seeking an organized, confident, and skilled assessor to develop and deliver Diploma health and social care vocational qualifications.

In this role, you will assess a caseload of 30 vocational Diploma learners across various settings at levels 2, 3, 4, and 5 in adult health and social care, along with related subjects. You will support staff on vocational qualification programmes, ensuring compliance with professional standards, Skills for Care occupational standards, and the CQC inspection framework for Health and Social Care.

You will work as part of a fast-paced team and also as an independent, self-directed practitioner, inspiring and developing workforce initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of the social care workforce.

Interviews are scheduled to begin on 3rd June 2025.
